Miss Dawn – Advance Tap and Teen Tap
I have been dancing since the age of 3. I started at Tammy’s Dance Connection in Tewksbury taking ballet and tap. I  began taking jazz, lyrical and pointe as I got older, and was a member of the Senior Dance Company. When I got to college, I was very excited to join Fitchburg State’s dance club! There I enrolled in lyrical and advanced tap and co-taught beginner ballet during my sophomore year. When I transferred to Umass Lowell, I was sad to learn that they did not have a dance club, but I was able to try my hand at ballroom! I joined Spotlight Dance Academy in the summer of 2009 as a member of the Diamond Dancers. In the fall I also joined the advanced tap class and adult combo class.

Miss Becky asked me to teach teen beginner tap in the spring, and I was so excited to finally be able to teach and share my love of tap, which has always been my favorite style of dance. This year I will continue to teach teen beginner tap, as well as advanced tap.
